Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Elizabeth Wan and I teach secondary (middle and high school) mathematics in California.

I grew up mostly in Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA in 2021. I majored in Pyschology and earned a minor in Public Affairs.

I graduated from USC in May 2024 with a GPA of 3.95. I earned my Certificate in Gifted Education in August 2024.

During my masters program, I student-taught at the Los Angeles High School of the Arts, a Koreatown pilot school that is part of the Robert F. Kennedy Community of Schools. You can learn more about LAHSA in my Equity Portfolio.

I currently work at North Monterey County High School, where I teach Integrated Mathematics I and III.

I love my students, co-workers, and the beautiful county. I am focusing on developing skills in classroom management, implementing project-based learning, and facilitating academic discourse.
